New year better me!

Ive come to the realization Im not as healthy and active as I would like to be. Im constantly tired, and cant get as much done as I would like in a days time. And like always my mom gave me wise words of widsom that always seem so simple but yet help a great deal."A healthy ouside starts from inside."-Henrik Ibsen Which both needs to be worked on a great deal. And I have realized all my problems come hand to hand and have connections. So Ive concluded a 5 month(time remaining in high school)personal change in myself with health and my attitude. Wish me luck and I will keep a post of my improvements.
